Ages
Two Levels:
12U Girls - 5th and 6th Grade
14U Girls - 7th and 8th Grade
Equipment and Uniforms
Uniform will consist of a game jersey and flag belt, both provided by BH PAL.
Players will only need to provide their own mouth guard and cleats, and gloves, if desired.
When
Spring season practices start mid-March with 1-2 practices each week.
Games start in mid-April with 6-7 weeks of games, culminating in a playoff game and championship.
The championship will be in the beginning of June.
Where
Practices will be held at a field or gym in Berkeley Heights.
All games will be hosted by one participating town each week.
Participating towns include Berkeley Heights, Bloomfield, Montclair, Perth Amboy, Summit, and West Orange.
Games
Team format is 7 vs 7 with at least 10 players per level. Creating additional teams at either level is possible if the enrollment is higher, as we want to ensure plenty of playing time for our players.
Game rules have been established by NJSYFL, though our league may make some modifications to ease our transition into this sport.

Girls grade 5-8 Price $125
Practices will begin the week of March 11th. Games will begin the weekend of April 13th. Championship will be the weekend of June 8.
Registration closes Feb 27.
Girls Flag Football Camp 2024
WHEN: Monday July 15th - Thursday July 18th (rain date Friday, July 19th)
TIME: 9am - 12pm
WHERE: Memorial Field (205 Plainfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ)
WHO: Girls entering grades 5-8. **No experience required! Camp is open to non-residents.**
COST: $160
INCLUDES: Customized Flag T-Shirt (if registered by June 1st)
